English interpreting

Dr. Matthias Mlynek LL.M., MBL

As a notary and generally sworn and court-certified interpreter (court interpreter), I am authorized to draw up notarial deeds for company formations, purchase contracts or marriages and to translate them into English at the same time.

This means that a separate interpreter does not have to be used to sign the private deed or a notarial deed and the interpreter and simultaneous notary also knows "his" deed.

The court interpreter is also authorized to translate contracts and various documents.

The activity of the court interpreter is regulated by the "Federal Act of February 19, 1975, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I 111/2007, on the generally sworn and court-certified expert and interpreter" and for the certification of translations by the Non-Contentious Proceedings Act Federal Law Gazette I No. 111/2003 § 190.

The court interpreter is particularly qualified due to the strict selection process and is particularly trustworthy due to the legal provisions (e.g. he is obliged by law to maintain confidentiality). The certified translations produced by the interpreter are officially valid and the interpreter is liable for their accuracy. Your English interpreter
